Apex Build & Renovate was founded by lifelong friends Cade Martin and Isaac Timms, who have worked side by side in the construction industry for many years.
Having known each other from a young age, they both began their careers as apprentices after college, learning the trade from the ground up and gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of residential and commercial projects.
Their dedication to quality workmanship and continuous development has taken them across the world, including time working in Australia, where they further expanded their skills and industry knowledge.
Today, they both bring that experience, professionalism, and attention to detail to every project they undertake, delivering high-quality results that clients can trust.
Cade Martin
With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction and renovation industry, Cade has built his reputation on quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.
Specialising in bathroom installations, interior fit-outs, and professional tiling, he has worked on a wide range of projects across the UK and Australia, continually expanding his skills and knowledge within the trade.
Cade takes pride in every project he undertakes, maintaining the highest standards from start to finish.
When he’s not on site, he enjoys unwinding by heading out with a fishing rod and spending time by the water – a hobby that reflects the same patience and dedication he brings to his work.
Isaac Timms
For the past 10 years, Isaac has been working in the building and construction industry, developing extensive experience in carpentry, renovations, and general building work. He has worked on a wide range of projects, from home improvements to full-scale renovations.
Passionate about his trade, Isaac spent time overseas to expand his skills and learn from experienced professionals. He has also worked in the mining industry, where he developed a strong focus on safety, reliability, and attention to detail.
Known for his professionalism and strong work ethic, Isaac takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent results on every project, no matter the size.
